District Attorney Micheal Murray reports that multiple felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Gary Morris pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 14 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Cameron Botts, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of Marijuana, was adjudicated and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Desiree Henson pled guilty to the state jail felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division in each case.

Tara Marie Holland pled guilty to two separate state jail felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division in each case.
