Suddreth

Family and friends of Kalista Kay Sudderth will gather for fellowship and remembrance from 6:00 until 8:00 Tuesday evening at Heartland Funeral Home. A private family service will follow at a later date.

Kalista passed from this life on Thursday, May 28, 2015.

Kalista Kay Sudderth was born in Dallas on February 11, 1990 to Sky and Stephanie Kasberg Sudderth.  She graduated from Brownwood High School and attended Howard Payne University, Austin Community College and Ranger College of Nursing.  In her youth, Kalista was a member of Church of the Good Shepherd and later was a member of Victory Life Church.

Kalista’s name comes from the Greek and means “Most Beautiful One.” She was a loving mom that made us all laugh.  In her spare time she enjoyed taking pictures and singing.

Kalista is survived by her mother Stephanie Adamez and husband Jerry of Brownwood, her companion, Landry Polaski, her four children, Jadie Sudderth, Rylee Polaski, Landon Polaski, and Carly Polaski; her siblings, Skylar Sudderth, Tristan Sudderth, Starski Sudderth and wife Melissa, Chloe Adamez, and Gabe Adamez; her grandparents, Sam and Sylvia Kasberg, and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Sky Sudderth, grandmother, Carole Pyburn, and grandfather Ben Sudderth.

The family requests that donations be made in memory of Kalista to The Church of the Good Shepherd, The Center for Life Resources or to a fund that has been established to help support Kalista’s children at www.gofundme.com/vy2z9s7f.

A tribute to Kalista’s life can be found at heartlandfuneralhome.net where you may leave memories and expressions of sympathy for the family.
