The Cities of Brownwood and Early will be closed Monday, May 25th in observance of the Memorial Day holiday.  All non-emergency city facilities will close and there will be no collection of residential waste.

Brownwood

Residents with blue or green carts, please note that your collection days are as follows.

Monday’s route will be collected on Tuesday.

Tuesday’s route will be collected on Wednesday.

Normal collection days will resume on Thursday, May 28th.

The Recycling Center and Landfill will be closed on Monday May 25th, 2015.

The City collects bulky items including brush and tree limbs from residential customers at no charge, please cut them into lengths of 5 feet or less and notify the Sanitation Department at 643-4200 or online at http://www.ci.brownwood.tx.us/sanitation.htm or on Facebook.

For problems related to water or sewer service within the City of Brownwood, customers may call 646-6000, 24 hours per day 7 days per week.

Early

Early City Hall and Municipal Court offices will be closed on Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day.  Residential trash collection will not be affected by the holiday.
