The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting on Tuesday, May 12th for their newest member, Yellow Rose Estates.

Yellow Rose Estates is a manufactured home community located on Stephen F. Austin across from Brownwood Middle School. They have renovated over 40 mobile homes and have new homes on site. One, two or three bedroom manufactured homes area available for purchase. Owner financing is available for renovated pre-enjoyed homes.
