Brownwood ISD Head Start Registration Set for April 29-30

BISDHeadStartThe Brownwood ISD Infant and Toddler Head Start Program will offer early registration for the 2015-2016 school year two days next week.  Registration will be held on Wednesday, April 29th from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and Thursday, April 30th from 11:30 a.m. through 6:00 p.m.

To be eligible for the program, each child must be 3 or 4 by September 1st.  Infant/Toddler Head Start serves children from birth to 3 years.  Children with disabilities are welcome.  Head Start does not provide transportation.

For registration, adults registering children should bring the following:  W-2, tax return, child support payment, SSI or TANF letter, proof of residency (utility bill) and driver’s license, along with the child’s birth certificate, shot record, social security card, insurance/Medicaid/Chip Card, foster care documents, and IEP for Disability.

The BISD Head Start Program offers certified teachers and is an affiliate of Region 14 and Region 15 Education Service Centers Head Start Programs.
