PalmerDonaldDonald Leon Palmer, 79, passed away April 6, 2015 at his home in Brownwood, Texas. He was previously from Phoenix, Arizona. Memorial service for Mr. Palmer will be held Saturday, April 11, 2015, 2:00 p.m. at the Davis-Morris Funeral Home.

Donald Leon Palmer was born Nov 11, 1935 to Clinton and Eva Palmer in Plains, Kansas.

He is survived by his daughter, Rhonda Palmer of Brownwood, Texas; six grandchildren, Danielle Fleetwood, Sabrina Stewart, Nicole May, Darrell Roberts, Jason Palmer, and Casey Palmer; six great-grandchildren, XJanielle Strasser, Alexandria Strasser, Gray Fleetwood, Keri Fleetwood, Shylohjames Stewart, and Dillann Palmer; three brothers, Lloyd and wife Norma Palmer of Sun City West, AZ, Larry and wife Phyllis Palmer, El Paso, TX, Daryl and wife Kathy Palmer of Sun City, AZ.

He was preceded in death by his son, Gary Don Palmer; parents, Clinton and Eva Palmer and his wife, Joen Marie Palmer.

Mr. Palmer’s cremains will be scattered at the family farm in Plains, Kansas at a later date.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Ploukie’s Rescue, and animal rescue run by his granddaughter.

Arrangements under the direction of Davis-Morris Funeral Home, Brownwood, TX.
