Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the BROWN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT will convene on the 6th day of April, 2015 at 9:00 A.M., in the Brown County Commissioners Courtroom:

A.  Opening Prayer
B.  Reading and approval of Minutes
C.  Recognition of Visitors
D.  Matter of New Business to be presented to the Court for its consideration and action as appropriate. Items may not be taken in the order that they are listed.

1.  Joel Kelton, Pct 2 – Consideration and possible approval of action regarding burn ban;
2.  Sheriff’s Office – Employee changes;
3.  Vance Hill, Sheriff’s Office – Consideration and possible approval for acceptance and transfer of grant funds received from the National Rifle Association Foundation;
4.  Vance Hill, Sheriff’s Office – Consideration and possible approval of phone system for the LEC in conjunction with the City of Brownwood;
5.  Vance Hill, Sheriff’s Office – Consideration and Possible approval of purchase of equipment out of Chapter 59 forfeiture funds;

6.  Gary Worley, Pct 1 – Consideration and possible approval to establish procedure between Brown County and the Tax Assessor Collector regarding collection of inspection fees for county vehicles;
7.  Gary Worley, Pct 1 – Application to install private line, Burney Street;
8.  Larry Traweek, Pct 4 – Application to install private line – bore; CR 152;
9.  Larry Traweek, Pct 4 – Application to install private line – cut; CR 152;
10.  Wayne Shaw, Pct 3 – Consideration and possible approval for hiring replacement employee;
11.  Wayne Shaw, Pct 3 – Consideration and possible approval of Resolution for Federal Off System Bridge Program, CR 334;
12.  Wayne Shaw, Pct 3 – Consideration and possible approval of Resolution for Federal Off System Bridge Program, CR 291;
13.  Joel Kelton, Pct 2 – Consideration and possible approval of replacement employee;
14.  Larry Traweek, Pct 4 – Application to install private line, CR 158;
