East Elementary Students Present Projects at Second-Grade Science Fair

East Elementary second-graders presented their projects at the school science fair on Friday, March 20th.

“Our second-graders impressed us all with their amazing science projects,” stated principal, Nanda Wilbourn, adding a congratulatory “Way to go!” for the young scientists.

Winners from each category included: Chloe Pringle (Physical Growth), Miranda Northcutt (Botany-Plants), Jim Riggs (Chemistry/Cleaning), Ethan McHan (Inertia/Motion), Giovanni Diaz (Weather/Volcano), Austin Wright (Physical/Bubbles), Mason Welker (Electricity/Batteries), Blayze Diaz (Dancing Raisins), Zaidlyn Dominguez (Does the Price of Lipstick Effect Quality), Kaleb Grabast (Goldfish in Water vs. Bottled Water), and Karen Sherrin (Bouncing Eggs).
