Felony Offenders Sentenced in District Court

BrownCountyDistrictCourtLogoDistrict Attorney Micheal Murray reports that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis, presiding.

Chad Barron Young pled guilty to the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Christopher Delarosa pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Delarosa pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Delarosa also pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Abandoning or Endangering a Child and was sentenced to 6 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Kevin David Bond, on probation for the felony offense of Manufacture of a Controlled Substance, was adjudicated and sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Jason Allen Jobe pled guilty to the felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and was sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Cheri Nicole Delahoya, on probation for the felony offenses of Burglary of a Habitation and Prohibited Substances and Items in a Correctional Facility was adjudicated and sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Delahoya, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Burglary of a Building was adjudicated and sentenced to 6 months, Texas Department of criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Trent Seth Rinehart, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone, was revoked and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of criminal Justice Institutional Division.

Adam Raymond Castillo, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone, was revoked and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Roman Angel Mendez, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation, was revoked and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Jacob Paul Keith, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 16 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Paula Renee Foytik, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 15 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Ethan Wayne Griffin, on probation for the felony offense of Theft under $20,000 – Tubing, Rods, Wire or Cable, was adjudicated and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Trey Parrish pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 6 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Alain Alfredo Valencia-Mendez, on probation for the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated with Child Passenger, was revoked and sentenced to 180 days, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Shalee Rose Riddles, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, was revoked and sentenced to 15 months, Texas Department of criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Sarah Mehlman, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Pamela Ann Wilson, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Theft – Enhanced, was revoked and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
