The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for the Re-Grand Opening of Wally’s Party Factory on Friday, March 13th.

Wally’s Party Factory has rebranded its store in Brownwood which was formally known as Card & Party Factory located at 601 Fisk.
