Wendlee Broadcasting to Host 7th Annual Great Easter Egg Hunt April 4th

KQBZ 96.9 “The Breeze” and KXYL 102.3/1240 “News Talk” along with candy and title sponsor Brookshire’s present the 7th Annual Great Easter Egg Hunt, Saturday, April 4th at Coggin Park, 10 a.m. to 12 Noon.

The Easter Bunny will be on hand to greet everyone and pose for photos.  Parents are encouraged to bring a camera for pictures.

Children pre-K through the 3rd grade are invited to attend and hunt Easter eggs and candy.  There will be age groups for the hunts so everyone fills their basket.  Over the past 6 years 125,000 plus pieces of candy and eggs have been found by the children.

There will be something for everyone and it’s all FREE.  The Bruner Auto Family will have free pony rides and hot dogs once again.  There will be also be free Dr Pepper, an inflatable obstacle course, auto displays by the Heartland Cruisers, live music, fire trucks, police cars and lots of fun games adding up to the Brownwood areas’ largest Easter event and it is all about the kids.

This 7th Annual Great Easter Egg Hunt is made possible by over 20 local businesses and organizations that will be on hand with games, prizes and activities for children of all ages.
