The Young Leaders of Brown County will host their March social at the Turtle Restaurant in Brownwood on March 24th.  The social will begin at 5:30 p.m.  Free appetizers will be offered at a first come first served basis during the social, which is sponsored by Brownwood Regional Medical Center.

The Young Leaders of Brown County were developed when organizations such as the Brownwood Economic Development Corporation and Brownwood Chamber of Commerce learned of local employers’ need for help in recruiting and retaining young people.  The group now asks employers to support the effort and make it a vital resource to help young people relocating to the area to see all Brown County has to offer and help them to connect with others in the community, making them feel welcome and connected.

The group holds quarterly events and invites employers and young people to join them at the event Tuesday, March 24th.  All ages are welcome at this month’s social.
