Rising Star Nursing Center (RSNC) has added a new Director of Nursing to the management staff.  They are proud to announce Shannon Steigleder, RN has joined their team.

RSNC is a full service Nursing and Rehab program with a complete therapy department to compliment the nursing staff.  Ms. Steigleder will oversee all nursing operations including wound care, Wound Vac applications, IV Therapy Respiratory Therapy and Rehab.

Ms. Steigleder has been a nurse for 19 years with continued education at multiple different Universities focused on Nursing education and Management.   Her nursing experience includes pediatrics, AirEvac, ICU, Surgery, Hospital administration and Home Healthcare.  She has been a Home Health Administrator for the last 6 years covering the West Central Texas area.

Shannon was raised in Kerrville, Texas and loves the small town life.  She has lived in Rising Star, Texas with her 13 year old daughter, Macee Kay, since 2012.  Her hobbies include rodeos, training barrel futurity horses, basketball, softball and track with her daughter.  Ms. Steigleder believes in family values and taking care of her community.
