Grand Jury Indictments January 2015

BrownCountyDistrictCourtLogoDistrict Attorney Micheal Murray reports that during the January 2015 session of the Brown County Grand Jury, 55 indictments were returned against 44 people.

The District Attorney’s office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerk’s office.  Also, names are not released of those indicted but not yet arrested due to an indictment being sealed until the time of the arrest.

Steven Michael Pringle: Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon

William Tracy Harrington: Possession of a Controlled Substance

Devan Wayne Vogel: Two Counts Forgery

Derek Morgan: Theft of Material – Copper

Jon Devin Canon: Possession of a Controlled Substance Drug Free Zone, Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence

Chasity Rose Allison: Retaliation

Jonathan Rodriguez: Evading Arrest with Vehicle

Eric Samuel Tipton: Stalking, Retaliation, and Online Impersonation

Brittany Rachelle Haynes: Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance Drug Free Zone, Robbery

Jerry Contreras, Jr.: Robbery

Lyra-A Ann Klaus: Possession of a Controlled Substance

Breanne Nicholle Jones: Possession of a Controlled Substance

Tara Marie Holland: Possession of a Controlled Substance

Christian Xavier Garcia: Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver Drug Free Zone

Charles Edward Johnson: Money Laundering, Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon Repeat Offender, and Possession of Marijuana Drug Free Zone/Repeat Offender
