In observance of the Christmas Holidays, Brownwood City Hall will be closed and there will be no collection of residential waste on Thursday the 25th or Friday the 26th.  Residents with blue or green carts, please note that your collection days are as follows:

• Thursday’s routes will be collected on Wednesday, December 24th.
• Friday’s routes will be collected on Saturday, December 27th.

The Recycling Center and Landfill will be closed on Thursday, December 25th and Friday, December 26th and will reopen on Saturday, December 27th.

The City collects bulky items including brush and tree limbs from residential customers at no charge, please cut them into lengths of 5 feet or less and notify the Sanitation Department at 643-4200 or online at http://www.ci.brownwood.tx.us/sanitation.htm.

For problems related to water or sewer service within the City of Brownwood, customers may call 646-6000, 24 hours per day 7 days per week.

Early City Hall will also be closed Tuesday, December 24th and Wednesday, December 25th.

Trash routes for the Christmas holiday will be as follows:

• Tuesday and Wednesday  routes (23rd & 24th) will be picked up on Tuesday, December 23rd
• Thursday and Friday routes (25th & 26th) will be picked up on Friday, December 26th
