LECSmLaw enforcement arrests and reports released Wednesday, December 10, 2014.

Monday, December 8

*5:11 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the2800 block of Austin Avenue regarding criminal trespass/criminal mischief.

Tuesday, December 9

*6:21 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2600 block of Vincent Street regarding criminal mischief.  According to the report, an unknown suspect had cut the valve stem out of the complainant’s tire.

*11:30 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to Walmart regarding theft.  According to the report, a male subject was issued a citation for theft under $50.

*2:04 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1100 block of 15th Street regarding the burglary of a building.

*2:19 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1000 block of Coggin Avenue regarding credit/debit card abuse.  The suspect is unknown, the report states.

*4:13 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to Walmart regarding theft.  No arrests were made at the time of the report.

*8:55 PM – Brownwood Police received a report of an alleged aggravated assault of a child which occurred in the city limits.  Criminal charges are being pursued, the report states.

*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a report of animal abuse at a property on County Road 334.  According to the deputy, a report had been made that several dogs on the property were not being properly taken care of.  The deputy observed a female pit bull with a large lump on the belly, the report states.  The investigation requires further follow up, according to the report.

*32-year-old Tracy Darlene Bell of Brownwood turned herself in on a warrant related to tamper with government record.

*Brownwood Police arrested 19-year-old Thomas Gabriel Cerda of Andrews on two warrants related to possession of marijuana.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32-year-old John Lawrence Daugherty of Brownwood on a warrant related to unvaccinated animal.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 43-year-old John Richard Demyan of Brownwood for theft of property equal or greater than $20 less than $500 by check.

*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 19-year-old Angelicia Dominguez on a warrant related to ran stop sign.

*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 32-year-old Sandra Enriquez of Brownwood on warrants related to failure to maintain financial responsibility, no driver’s license and failure to appear.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 42-year-old Damonn Steven French of Early on a warrant related to assault causes bodily injury family/house member 2+ within 12 months.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33-year-old Brandon Lee Hobbs of Comanche on a warrant related to violate protective order.  Hobbs was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of a $75,000 bond as of Thursday morning.

*Brownwood Police arrested 23-year-old Timothy James Savell of Brownwood on a Tom Green warrant related to credit/debit card abuse.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24-year-old Danielle Michelle Wells of Brownwood on warrants related to motion to revoke/theft and motion to adjudicate/driving while license invalid.

*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 19-year-old Nathan Emrys Willson of Brownwood on warrants related to failure to appear/sexual assault of a child and failure to appear/burglary of a building.  Willson was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of bonds totaling $90,000 as of Thursday morning.

All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Blotter information compiled from local law enforcement reports and jail records.
