3.  Consideration of the minutes of regular meeting held on November 11, 2014.

4.  Citizen’s comments.  (Citizens are invited to speak to the Council on any topic not already on the agenda.  No Council action may be taken on these items.)

5.  Executive session in accordance with the provision of Chapter 551, Texas Government Code:  Personnel Matters, Section 551.074 – Discuss filling the position of City Administrator.

6.  Reconvene into open session and consider action, if any, on items discussed in Executive Session.

7. Adjourn.
