Wednesday, October 8

*9:07 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 3200 block of Stephen F. Austin regarding a domestic disturbance.  According to the report, a female stated she had been struck in the face.  The male subject, identified as 56-year-old Henry Gary Allison, Jr. of Brownwood, was arrested for assault with injury family violence with previous conviction.

*10:40 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Terrace Drive regarding a domestic disturbance.  According to the report, a female subject was at the residence attempting to pick up her 16-year-old daughter.  The daughter claimed that the female, her mother, had assaulted her prior to officers’ arrival, the report states.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34-year-old Teddy Bryan Faries of Coleman on a warrant related to motion to revoke/fraudulent possession of a controlled substance prescription schedule III/IV.

*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 24-year-old Alexis Heath on a warrant related to an unrestrained dog.

*Brownwood Police arrested 30-year-old John Robert Quick of Brownwood for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 45-year-old Derek Wade Ray of Santa Anna on a warrant related to motion to revoke/driving while intoxicated 3rd or more.

Thursday, October 9

*1:32 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1300 block of 16th Street regarding a hit and run accident.  According to the report, the victim’s vehicle had been hit in the back bumper area by another vehicle, a white Ford Expedition, which had been “tailgating” him on the way home.  The minor damage on the bottom left corner of the license plate area was noted by the officer.

*Brownwood Police arrested 50-year-old Rachel Gail Dodge of Brownwood on a Lubbock County warrant related to motion to revoke/driving while intoxicated.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23-year-old Johnell Lacara Hickman of Houston on a warrant related to motion to revoke/assault public servant.

*Brownwood Police arrested 50-year-old George Warren Kee of Brownwood on a warrant related to driving while intoxicated.

*Brownwood Police arrested 37-year-old Christopher Michael Knox of Brownwood on a warrant related to assault family/household member/interfere emergency call.

*Brown County Sheriff’s office arrested 41-year-old Davette Denise Lamotte on a warrant related to failure to appear/possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31-year-old Paul Edwin Swanson III on a warrant related to motion to revoke/burglary of a building.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29-year-old Carri Grace Vickers on a warrant related to engage in organized criminal activity.  Vickers was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bond as of Thursday morning.
