Brownwood Lions fans are invited to attend a bonfire at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday, October 9th to “smoke out the yellow jackets” as the Brownwood Lions get set to take on the Stephenville Yellow Jackets Friday at Gordon Wood Stadium.

The bonfire will be at the Bert Massey Sports Complex Adult Softball field area.  The festivities will begin around 7:15 p.m. with lighting of the fire at approximately 7:45 p.m.

There will be music, cheering, and more as the Brownwood Lions football players light the bonfire.

Organizers encourage everyone to “come support your Brownwood Lions as they take on the Yellow Jackets in their first district game of the year.”
