SteveTheYellowJacketThe Brownwood High School Lions Mother’s Club is hosting a fundraiser and boosting a little school spirit in honor of the Brownwood verses Stephenville football game this Friday night.

Pictured left is Steve N. Vill, the yellow jacket from that town off of Highway 377.  Organizers state that Steve is looking for a place to land this week.  Whoever he lands on must take a picture and post it on the Brownwood Lions Spirit page on Facebook.  The Lions Mothers state that Steve is clearly not a Howard Payne Yellow Jacket because he is “far too ugly.”

Pay $10 to send Steve to land on someone else.  Lions Mothers ask the public to “send Steve to the biggest Lion fans you know so that he can see what his team is up against this Friday.”  They also give the option of paying $20 “to insure he doesn’t land on you at all.”

The Lions Mother’s Club challenges all Lions fans to show some spirit and see how many people Steve the Yellow Jacket visits before the pep rally on Friday.

Contact Kristi Owen at Brownwood High School to send Steve to a specific Lions fan.

Steve’s first stop was the BHS Coaches’ offices on Monday, as pictured below.
