Tuesday, September 23

*3:59 PM – Brownwood Police were called to Walmart regarding theft.  Charges are being pursued according to police.

*6:55 PM – 25-year-old GJ Justin Montgomery of Santa Anna was arrested for public intoxication by a Brown County Sheriff’s deputy  at Harlowe’s RV Park, located on Early Blvd in Early.  According to the report, Montgomery was walking down Lucas Street in his underwear and a pair of tennis shoes yelling and screaming which led to numerous residents calling to report his behavior.  Montgomery admitted to drinking whiskey earlier in the day and was noted by the deputy to be “highly intoxicated,” the report states.

Wednesday, September 24

*7:26 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1600 block of Calvert Road regarding the theft of a cell phone.  According to the report, the caller had a tracking device installed on the phone and had located the area where the phone would be; however, the phone was not able to be located during the initial investigation.

*8:40 PM – A Brownwood Police officer was patrolling in the alleyway in the 2600 block of Greenway Drive observed a Ford Explorer parked in the alleyway blocking traffic.  The investigation led to the driver being issued a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

*36-year-old Rosanna Marie Banda of Abilene was arrested for possession of marijuana.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 70-year-old Dallas David Marshall of Brownwood on a warrant related to theft by check enhanced.

*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested Kimberly Ann Saenz of Brownwood on a warrant related to no driver’s license.

Thursday, September 25

*1:44 AM – A Brownwood Police officer made a pedestrian stop in the 100 block of E. Depot Street after he observed a female walking in the roadway where a sidewalk is provided.  It was determined during the stop that the female had active Brown County warrants and was also in possession of a controlled substance, the report states.  The female, identified as 40-year-old Lucy Ann Ogden of Brownwood was subsequently arrested for the warrants and charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.

*Early Police arrested 23-year-old Lance Lopez Lowry of Thorndale, Texas for driving while intoxicated open container.

All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Blotter information compiled from local law enforcement reports and jail records.
