The Early Chamber of Commerce, board members, and ambassadors recently presented the Dr. Pepper Bottling Co. the August Business of the Month Award for their continued support to the Early Chamber and the community.

The Lockwood family has been in Brownwood with Dr. Pepper since the 1920s. They moved to the facility where the business is currently located, 3321 Milam Drive, in 1971. The Lockwoods also own Lockwood Vending and distribute snacks to vending machines all over the community.
