The Early Chamber of Commerce will host the 2nd Annual Skeet Shoot on Saturday August 23, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.  The Skeet Shoot will take place at Crab Pitts range off of Old Williams Ranch Road on CR 315 (just off of FM 2525 between Brownwood and Early).  Follow Skeet Shoot directional signs to the event.

This year’s event sponsors are Weakley Watson Sporting Goods, Heart of Texas EMS, Tracer, Mike Hall State Farm, Dr. Pepper, and Chicken Express.  The public is invited to join the fun, win prizes and cash while enjoying a hamburger lunch provided and cooked by the Heart of Texas EMS team.

A Beretta 12 gauge shotgun will be raffled off at the conclusion of the event.  Raffle tickets are $10 and will be available at the Skeet Shoot.  Those purchasing raffle tickets do not have to be present to win but must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.

Registration for the skeet shoot is $15 per round and the fee includes clays, shells, hamburger lunch, along with cash and door prizes.  Registration forms are available online, click here.  Show organizers an Early Hotel receipt for the weekend of August 23 and receive 2 rounds of skeet plus 2 boxes of ammo.

Those participating in the Skeet Shoot are asked to bring their favorite shotgun and ear protection.  There will be extra shotguns available on loan at the event.  Please RSVP by calling 325-649-9300 by Friday August 22, 2014.

For assistance with registration, sponsorships or more information call 325-649-9300 or visit www.earlychamber.com.
