Sara Sharlene (Norris) Wilkins was born August 12, 1956, in Brownwood, TX, to Charles Douglas and Sara Bess (Dewberry) Norris.  She married Robert Eugene Wilkins on April 2, 1973, at her grandparents’ home in Brownwood.  Sharlene enjoyed playing bingo and was good at sewing, but her greatest love was caring for her family, and she took her role as their caregiver very seriously.  She also had two pets she adored as well, Marley and Mia.  Sharlene was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend.  She will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved her.

Sharlene was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Sara Norris; her husband, Robert Wilkins; her son, Robbie Wilkins; her sister, Donella Carol Norris and her nephew, Billy Paul Smith.

Sharlene is survived by 2 sons, Brian Keith Wilkins of Belton, TX and Justin Wilkins of Brownwood, TX; her sister, Cheryl Smith and husband Billy of Euless, TX; granddaughter, Haylee Wilkins; her step-father, Eddie Spivey; nephew, Grant Norris; 2 nieces, Tiffany Reitz and husband Christopher and Angela Phillips; 2 great-nephews, Sailor Reitz and Caden Norris; her cousin and dear friend, Donna Pace and numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
