District Attorney Micheal Murray reports that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Linsey Buzbee, on probation for the felony offense of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence, was adjudicated and sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Joshua Anthony Silvers pled guilty to the felony offense of Evading Arrest and was sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Silvers pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Charles Cecil Simpson pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department f Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Billy Berkley pled guilty to the felony offense of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Juan Carlos Castaneda, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was adjudicated and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Sean Aaron Russell, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was adjudicated and sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
