Health Department Offers Immunization Clinic and Extended Hours

browncountyhealthcenterIn order to make it easier for area parents to get their children vaccines in a timely manner, the Brownwood/Brown County Health Department will be having walk-in clinic each day this week, through August 15th. The hours for vaccines will be 8:00 am until 11:30 am and 1:00 pm until 4:30 pm each day this week.

Next week the health department will be having extended hours clinics for back to school vaccines on Monday and Tuesday, August 18 and 19. The hours for these walk-in clinics will be 8:00 am until 11:30 am, and 1:00 pm until 6:30 pm both days. On Wednesday August 20, shots will be given from 8:00 am until 11:30 am. Immunization staff will be out Wednesday August 20 in the afternoon, and Thursday August 21 all day for training.

Immunization staff will be available on Friday August 22 for back to school vaccines during the regular hours of 8:00 am until 11:30 am and 1:00 pm until 4:30 pm.
