Felony Offenders Sentenced in District Court

BrownCountyDistrictCourtLogoDistrict Attorney Michael Murray reports that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Benito Vasquez Diaz pled guilty to the felony offense of Evading Arrest and was sentenced to 37 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Ethan McCoy Reed pled guilty to the felony offense of Injury to a Child and was sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Leonel Villarreal pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Christopher David Guerrero, on probation for the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon, was adjudicated and sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Guerrero, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Criminal Mischief, was revoked and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Jerry Douglas Allen Jr., pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Larry Darnell Johnson pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of Marijuana – Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Monica Segovia, pled guilty to the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Segovia pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Theft of Firearm and was sentenced to 9 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Robert Kalaeb Lynch pled guilty to the felony offense of Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Lynch pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Theft of Firearm and was sentenced to 9 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Jason Gilbert Guerrero pled guilty to the felony offense of Assault Family Violence – Occlusion and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Hagan West Baker aka Jason Todd Baker pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated with Child Passenger and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Daniel Gentry pled guilty to the state felony offense of Unauthorized Use of Vehicle and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Pamela Susan Jacobs pled no contest to the state felony offense of Burglary of a Building was sentenced to 9 Months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
