Grand Jury Indictments July 2014

BrownCountyDistrictCourtLogoDistrict Attorney Micheal Murray reports that during the July 2014 session of the Brown County Grand Jury, 36 indictments were returned against 33 people.

The District Attorney’s office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerk’s office.  Also, names are not released of those indicted but not yet arrested due to an indictment being sealed until the time of the arrest.

Nathan Jay Rugggles: Possession of a Controlled Substance

Eric Michael Thomas: Possession of a Controlled Substance

Dylan Robert Wilcox: Possession of a Controlled Substance

Rory Michael Whelan: Possession of a Controlled Substance

John Dylan Robuck: Possession of a Controlled Substance

Sean Jeffery Smith: Possession of a Controlled Substance

Amy Teresa Platter: Burglary of a Habitation

Rayla Dawn Rice: Possession of a Controlled Substance

Charles Burton Watson: Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone

Javier Hector Orozco: Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver

Antonio Soldevilla, Jr.: Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver

Courtney Dwayne Sallie: Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver

John Simon Armendarez: Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver; Possession of a Controlled Substance; Tampering with or Fabricating Physical evidence
