Brownwood ISD announced that school board trustee candidate packets are currently available in their central administration office.  Filing dates for trustee places 1, 3, 6, and 7 are July 21-August 18 at 4:30 p.m.

Current trustees with expiring terms include Michael Cloy-place 1, Roderick Jones-place 3, Lisa Fowler-place 6 and Tim Jacobs-place 7.

Applications can only be accepted during these dates.  Election for the board school will take place on the November ballot.
