Felony Offenders Sentenced in District Court

BrownCountyDistrictCourtLogoDistrict Attorney Michael Murray reports that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Justin Daniell pled guilty to the felony offenses of Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to 25 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Daniell pled guilty to the state jail felony offenses of Burglary of a Vehicle, Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse, Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, and Credit Card Abuse and was sentenced to 20 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Edward Franklin Fields, on probation for the felony offense of Sexual Assault of a Child was adjudicated and sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Charles Mason, on probation for the felony offense of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence was adjudicated and sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Demory Ardell Wilson, Jr. pled guilty to the felony offense of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Jeffrey Don Beck, on probation for the felony offense of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence, was adjudicated and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.  Further, Beck pled guilty to the state felony offense of Theft-Metals and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Jessie David Deleon pled guilty to the felony offense of Robbery and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Deleon pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity-Theft Aggregated and was sentenced to 15 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Daniel Moncrief pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Lonicio Rodriguez Carrillo pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 16 months, Texas Department of criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Ralph Steven Herron, on probation for the felony offense of Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information was adjudicated and sentenced to 15 months, Texas Department of criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Enrique Garza, Jr. pled guilty to the felony offense of Burglary of a Building and was sentenced to 15 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Ricky Lee Rodriguez pled guilty to the felony offense of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Joshua McBride, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State jail Division.

Chad Alan Williams, on probation for the felony offense of Theft over $1500 under $20,000 was revoked and sentenced to 10 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Wendy Lowery, on probation for the felony offense of Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information was revoked and sentenced to 8 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Patricio Seballos pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, and was sentenced to 8 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Samantha Marie Hellinger, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 6 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
