GibsonJuneJune Hair Gibson, age 46, of Brownwood passed away June 9, 2014 in San Angelo.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Saturday June 14, 2014 in the Cedar Point Cemetery with Pastor Stan Roberts officiating.  No visitation. In lieu of flowers the family ask donations be made to help with funeral expenses. Online condolences for the family are welcomed at www.blaylockfuneralhome.com.  Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home.

June was born on June 23, 1967 to Alan Hair and Maryln (Joy) Hair in Denton, Texas. She graduated from Odessa Permian in 1985. After high school June went to Texas Tech and graduated with a Bachelor in Animal Science. She married James “Hoot” Gibson, who preceded her in death this March, on July 31, 1993 in Brownwood. She was a stay at home mother taking care of her two boys (Mackey and Grayson) and was involved in several school activities that the boys participated in. She also spent her time raising horses and sheep. June attended Victory Life Church.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her sons, Mackey and Grayson Gibson of Brownwood; three step-sons, Matthew Gibson of PA, David Gibson and wife Dawn of Richmond, TX, and Russell Gibson of Plano; mother, Maryln Hanley and husband Michael of Bangs; four brothers, Dusty Hair of Conroe, Dennis Hair of Corpus Christi, Tye Hair and wife Shelly of San Antonio, and David Hair of Odessa; father-in-law, L.B. Gibson of Abilene. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and a host of friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James “Hoot” Gibson; father, Alan Hair; mother-in-law, Ruth Gibson; and grandparents.
