Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3278 and the Ladies & Men’s Auxiliary will observe Flag Day at 5:30 PM on Wednesday June 11th.  The observance will be held at VFW Post 3278, 2300 Stephen F. Austin, in Brownwood (north side of the Post).

The ceremony will be conducted in accordance with the US Code Flag Retirement procedures.  The public is invited to attend.

Please bring your own lawn chairs and water, as it is hot. The ceremony will last approximately 20 minutes. The VFW Post will also conduct another Flag Retirement Ceremony on the 4th of July, at a time that is to be announced soon.
