Joe Bob Talley, age 54, of Brownwood passed away Thursday, May 15, 2014 at Brownwood Regional Medical Center.  Memorial Services for Joe Bob will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 18, 2014 at Blaylock Funeral Home Chapel with Richard Crouch officiating.
