Tuesday, May 13

*10:53 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to the corner of Corrigan and Hemphill regarding a report of animal cruelty.  The deputy witnessed three horses which appeared to be underfed and there was no foliage in the pasture where the animals were being kept and no hay for the animals to eat.

*3:19 PM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the law enforcement center regarding theft.  According to the report, a complainant stated that a local hotel had held merchandise for payment of hotel fees and that when she returned with payment; there were missing items from the property which was being held.  These items included household items, clothing, video games and jewelry, the report states.

*4:15 PM – Brownwood Police were called to Wal-Mart regarding theft.  According to the report, this call led to the arrest of 28-year-old Alexandra Cisneroz of Brownwood and 28-year-old Kevin Salazar of Early for theft greater than $50 less than $500.

*17-year-old Thomas Portillo of the Ron Jackson State Juvenile Justice Center was arrested by TYC for assault public servant.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 26-year-old Patricio Seballos of Coleman on a warrant related to possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.

Wednesday, May 14

*1:59 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 500 block of E. Commerce, the Budget Inn, regarding an assault.  According to the report, the complainant stated he had been assaulted by a coworker.

All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Blotter information compiled from local law enforcement reports and jail records.
