Felony Offenders Sentenced in District Court

BrownCountyDistrictCourtLogoDistrict Attorney Micheal Murray reports that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Robert Deontay Clark pled guilty to the felony offense of Sexual Assault of a Child and was sentenced to 9 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Clark pled guilty to the felony offense of Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Requirements and was sentenced to 1 year, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Stephen Shores pled guilty to the felony offense of Burglary of a Building and was sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Jonathan Eisenhauer pled guilty to the felony offense of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and was sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further Eisenhauer pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

David Marcus Miranda pled guilty to two separate felony offenses of Delivery of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Miranda, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was adjudicated and sentenced to 6 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
