Sue Butler “Skipper” Smith, 73, of Beatty, passed away Sunday April 13, 2014 in De Leon.

Arrangements are being handled by Heartland Funeral Home of Comanche. The family will hold memorial service at a later date.

Sue was born October 12, 1940, in Great Falls, South Carolina, to Oscar Wilson and Ernestine (Wagner) Butler.

She graduated from Dentsville High School. Sue is survived by sons, David Rabon and wife Nicole, Tony Rabon and wife Melinda, Kenneth Rabon and wife Denise; 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; sister, Jenny Hambright; numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by husband of 20 years, Clyde M Smith, and parents O.W. and Ernestine Butler.

In lieu of flowers, the request memorials be made to the Sipe Springs Fire Department, 4417 Hwy 1477, Comanche, TX 76442
