District Attorney Micheal Murray reports that two felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Barry Chad Beal pled guilty to three separate offenses of Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.

Michael Paul Forbess pled guilty to the felony offense of Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
