Hunter Day with the Brownwood Jr. FFA recently participated in the San Antonio Jr. Livestock Show and placed 3rd with his Hampshire barrow named “Marty”.  The San Antonio market barrow show is one of the largest and most competitive barrow shows in the country.

10-year-old Hunter is in the 5th grade at Brownwood Intermediate School and has been showing for three years.  He also won in the lightweight Hampshire class at the 2014 Brown County Youth Fair. Hunter is the son of Brandon and Michelle Day.

Hunter would like to thank show pig breeder Stan Tyson from Early for producing such high quality market swine.

Hunter is 10years old and in the 5th grade here in Brownwood.  He has been showing for three years now.  Brandon and Michelle Day are his parents.  Marty also won a lightweight Hampshire class here at the Brown County Youth Fair.
