A benefit for Amanda Mascorro will be held in the parking lot of Smitty’s BBQ beginning at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, February 16th.

Mascorro was recently injured in a confrontation with her ex-boyfriend, according to organizers of the event.  She sustained severe injuries to her face, and her eyes were completely swollen shut.

Amanda Mascorro is a loving mother of two small children.  Because of her ordeal, it has left her unable to work and she had a long road to recovery ahead of her.

A benefit is being hosted for her, and her family due to all the expenses that will come along with her recovery.

The benefit will include a brisket plate with sides, a drink and desert which will be provided by Steves’ Market and Deli.  Plates are being offered at $8.00 each and donations are also welcome.
