Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the Brown County Elections Commission will convene on the 11th day of February, 2014 at 10:00 AM, in the Commissioner’s Courtroom Brown County Courthouse, 200 S. Broadway, Brownwood, Texas.

AGENDA

A.  Call Meeting to order.

B.  Matters of New Business to be presented to the Commission for its consideration and action as appropriate.  Items may not be taken in the order that they are listed.

1.  Consideration and possible approval of designating E. Ray West III as Elections Commission Representative for the purpose of personally discussing with the Elections Administrator matters involving the evaluation, duties, discipline, or dismissal of the Administrator.

2.  The Commission will convene into Executive Session pursuant to Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, in accordance with the requirements and authority set out in Section 551.074 to deliberate the evaluation, duties, discipline, or dismissal of the Brown County Elections Administrator.

3.  The Commission will convene in Open Session for discussion and possible action relative to the evaluation, duties, discipline or dismissal of the Brown County Elections Administrator.
