3.  Consideration of the minutes of regular meeting held on January 28, 2014.

4.  Citizen’s comments (the council invites citizens to speak to the council on any topic not already on the agenda.  No council action may be taken on these items).

5.  Consider authorization for the city to proceed with option to purchase property.

6.  Discuss and consider request from Early Police Department to re-instate a K-9 unit.

7.  Consider approving a resolution ordering an election to be held May 10, 2014 to elect three (3) council members and providing details relating to the holding of such election.

8.  Adjourn.
