Big Brothers Big Sisters to Host Wheels and Deals March 22, Tickets Now Available

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Brown County will hold their annual Wheels and Deals event at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at Grand Starz in Brownwood and tickets are currently on sale.

The last ticket drawn will win a choice of a new vehicle and all proceeds benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Tickets cost $100 each and include a meal and entertainment for two along with a chance to win a new 2014 Dodge Ram 1500, 2014 Ford Mustang or 2014 Chevrolet Equinox.  Ticketholders do not have to be present to win, and there will also be a silent auction, door prizes and other fun for attendees during the event.

Tickets are available for purchase through Big Brothers Big Sisters Board Members or by calling 325-643-5600.  Tickets will also be available at Big Country Ford, Bruner Auto Group, Stanley Dodge, Brownwood Chamber of Commerce, Office of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Brown County, Brownwood Music, Citizens National Bank, F&M Bank, Mills County State Bank (Early location), and Texas Bank (downtown location),

Rules for the drawing are as follows:

  • Wheels and Deals is a reverse raffle fundraising event for Big Brothers Big Sisters. The last ticket drawn wins choice of a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500, 2014 Ford Mustang or 2014 Chevrolet Equinox including TTL. Winner will be required to sign a Form W-2G for the IRS reporting the winning.
  • No more than 750 tickets will be sold.
  • Need not be present to win.
  • Tickets must be purchased prior to the event.
  • Ticket entitles ticketholder and a guest to attend the event.
  • The last 10 ticketholders in the drawing may auction off their ticket. Ticketholders must be present to auction ticket. Ticketholder may choose not to accept auction bid. If ticketholder does choose to accept auction bid they can keep 90% of bid price with 10% going to the charity.
  • After the 13th ticket is drawn a “Lucky 13th” ticket will be auctioned off. The winner of the bid will have the “Lucky 13th” ticket entered back into the drawing. Must be present to bid on the “Lucky 13th” ticket. Must be a ticketholder to bid on the “Lucky 13th” ticket (but may have been drawn out prior to auction).
