DougWillEarly Chamber of Commerce will host a workshop on customer service presented by Willco Training and Consulting on Wednesday January 29th from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the Early Chamber of Commerce conference room, located at 104 E. Industrial Drive in Early.

The 3 hour class will be taught by Doug Will (pictured left), a member of the Early Chamber and the founder/President of Willco Training & Consulting.  Cost of attendance is $49.00 per person.

The class will focus on the importance of customer service, which according to Will is any company’s competitive advantage, not the quality of a product or service.

“The real competitive edge you have today is how you treat your customers,” says Will. “The one thing your competition can’t take away from you is the relationship your people have with your customers.”

To register for the class, call the Early Chamber at 325-649-9300, or click here.

Doug Will is a certified trainer and Strategic Partner of 360 Solutions.  Based in Fort Worth, Texas, Willco Training & Consulting helps companies and organizations with all of their employee training needs including sales training, supervisory skills and overall management skills.

A graduate of Texas Lutheran University with a B.A. degree in Business Administration and Secondary Education, Will has an extensive and broad-based background in sales, marketing and business management.
