1. Call to order and invocation.

2. Pledge of Allegiance.

3. Consideration of the minutes for regular meeting held on December 10, 2013

4. Citizens’ comments (citizens are invited to speak to the Council on a topic not already on the agenda.  No Council action may be taken on these items.)

5. Fire Chief Chad Hill to provide updates and report on Early Volunteer Fire Department.

6. Police Chief David Mercer to present quarterly report.

7. Consider recommendation of Planning and Zoning Commission concerning a Special use Permit to place a manufactured home at 1306 Early Blvd. and adopt ordinance, if approved.

8. Consideration of approval for a resolution in support of Wilhoit Properties development within the city limits of Early.

9. Executive Session in accordance with the provision of Chapter 551, Texas Government Code: Personnel matters, Section 551.073, discuss employment and duties of city employee.

10. Reconvene into open session and consider action, if any, on item discussed in Executive Session.

11. Administrator’s report.
