The third day of livestock showing at the 62nd Annual Brown County Youth Fair featured the market goat, market steer and heifer shows.

The audience for shows continued to draw good crowds, including lots of family members and friends of those participating.

Judges for the day were Chase McFall of Big Spring for the market goat division and Bill Wilkins of Blue Jacket, Oklahoma for the market steer and breeding heifer divisions.

In addition to these livestock shows, the home economics division foods, canning and crafts entries were on display to the public.

Saturday will feature the horse show at 9:00 AM and ag mechanics judging at 10:00 AM.

The Awards and Premium Auction will take place 5:00 PM on Saturday evening.  The public is invited to support Brown County’s youth by attending the sale in person to bid, or contact one of BCFAs’ Finance Committee members to make your donation.  Committee member contact numbers are listed on the BFCA website.
