Felony Offenders Sentenced in District Court

BrownCountyDistrictCourtLogoBrown County District Attorney Michael Murray released sentencing for several felony cases recently heard in the Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Nicki Dawn King aka Nicki Dawn Womack aka Nicki Nelson Ralston aka Nicki Nelson Woody pled guilty to two separate felony driving while intoxicated offenses and was sentenced to 30 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Nathaniel Lamonte Webb pled guilty to the felony offenses of assault family violence-enhanced and assault family violence-occlusion and was sentenced to 25 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Colin David Matthews pled no contest to the felony offenses of unlawful possession of firearm by felon, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence and aggravated assault with deadly weapon.  Matthews was sentenced to 20 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in the unlawful possession of firearm by felon and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence cases.  Further, he was sentenced to 12 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in the aggravated assault with deadly weapon case.

Adam Roy Deen pled guilty to the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Sherrod Smith, on probation for the felony offense of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon was revoked and sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Eric Jones pled guilty to the felony offense of unlawful possession of a firearm and was sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Stetson Kelley pled guilty to the felony offense of burglary of a habitation and was sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

John Anthony Gowin pled guilty to the felony offense of driving while intoxicated and was sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Zachery Fournier pled guilty to the felony offense of forgery and was sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Gary Wayne Hale pled guilty to the felony offense of continuous violence against the family was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Jonathan Joseph Dillard pled guilty to the felony offense of injury to a child and was sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Clayton Bounds, on probation for the felony offense of delivery of marijuana, was adjudicated and sentenced to 15 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Christy McDonald, on probation for the felony offense of money laundering, was adjudicated and sentenced to 15 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Mary Lou Thompson, on probation for the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance, was revoked and sentenced to 15 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Diana Patterson, on probation for felony offense of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver- lesser included (possession of a controlled substance less than one gram), was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
