In observance of the New Year Holiday, Brownwood City Hall will be closed and there will be no collection of residential waste on Wednesday, January 1st.  Residents with blue or green carts, please note that your collection days will not be affected by the holiday.

The Recycling Center and Landfill will be closed on Wednesday and will reopen on Thursday, during normal business Hours.

The City collects bulky items including brush and tree limbs from residential customers at no charge, please cut them into lengths of 5 feet or less and notify the Sanitation Department at 325-643-4200 or online at http://www.ci.brownwood.tx.us/sanitation.htm.

For problems related to water or sewer service within the City of Brownwood, customers may call 325-646-6000, 24 hours per day 7 days per week.

Early City Hall will also be closed Wednesday, January 1st.

Wednesday and Thursday trash routes will be picked up on Thursday, January 2nd.
