Elizabeth “Betty” Rader, age 87, of Brownwood passed away Wednesday, December 25, 2013 in Abilene.

Private services for Elizabeth will be held at a later date.

Elizabeth “Betty” Rader was born on March 5, 1926 in Jackson, Tennessee. She retired from Volunteer Thread in Nashville, TN. She has been a resident of Brownwood since 1999 and a member of Latter Day Saints Church. She loved to sew and cook.

She leaves behind her companion, Claude K. Carr of Brownwood.
