Seven students in the Early High School Band recently auditioned and earned a spot in the one of the ATSSB Region 7 All-Region Bands.  The auditions were held on December 14th at Tolar High School.

The students auditioned on four scales and two musical selections.  Cody Luttrell (Oboe), Clarissa Arreola (Bass Clarinet), and Christopher Whited (Contrabass Clarinet) qualified for the Honors Band.  Crystal Ochoa (Trombone) and Abraham Cooper (Percussion) were selected for the Symphonic Band while Rylie McGinnis (Oboe) and Bradley Brown (Euphonium) were selected for the Concert.  Cody, Clarissa, Christopher, Abraham, and Bradley also qualified for Area and will be auditioning for the All-State Band on January 11.

All of these students will be performing with the All-Region Bands at Tarleton State University on January 18.
