childrensNutcracker2013It’s the holiday season again and Feat Studios is hosting their annual “Children’s Nutcracker” performance by the Dance Academy dancers in three performances this weekend.

According to Feat Studios owner Amy Chou, her dancers have been working on the weekends for the past few months to get ready for the big performance and the public is invited to attend.  The show will be performed by dancers of all ages, but mostly children who are students.

Tickets are $10 and performances are set for the following dates and times:

Friday, December 13 – 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, December 14 – 7:00 p.m.
Sunday, December 15 – 3:00 p.m.

The show is a little different this year according to Chou, with Chinese Tappers who will “tap their way into your hearts,” Snowflakes that float across the stage, Spanish Chocolate dancers shaking maracas and Clara doing multiple fouetté.  Dance teams will also be opening the show with their holiday routines.

So get your tickets and plan to get in the holiday spirit by attending the Children’s Nutcracker.

For more information, please call (325) 646-6145.  Feat Studios is located at 800 S. Greenleaf in Brownwood, behind the Brownwood Library and Brownwood Bulletin, just off of Carnegie next to the Bill Monroe (Austin Avenue) overpass.
